Let us write which smallest factor should we multiply the denominator to rationalise
the denominator of 7÷root 48.

= 7 / √2×2×2×2×3

= 7 / 2×2√3

= 7 / 4√3.

So, the denominator should be multiplied by √3 for rationalising it.

Hence √3 is the answer.
