Thanks for asking the question!

SOLUTION::

As it is given in question ,
 a vector = 4i +3j
b vector = 3i + 4j

(a) Magnitude of a vector , |a| =
√(4² + 3²) = √25 = 5
 (b) Magnitude of b vector , |b| = √(3²+4²) = √25 = 5
(c) Magnitude of a vector + b vector , |a+b| = |4i + 3j +3i + 4j| = |7i + 7j|
                                                                                                 = √(7² + 7²)
                                                                                                 = 7√2
(d) Magnitude of a vector - b vector,|a+b| = |( 4-3)i +(3-4)j| = 1i -1j
                                                                                            =√[1²+(-1)²]
                                                                                            = √2

All parts are solved.

Hope it helps!
