Sir:

I wish to state that I am shifting to Pune for good. I have already bought a house there and shifted my business there. I got my endowment policy done at the Mysore branch on January 20, 2018. My policy number is 390700598789. Since Pune is quite far from Mysore, it will be quite difficult for me to stay in touch with the latest updates about the policy. Kindly transfer my policy to the any branch in Pune. I shall be exceedingly grateful.
