Sir,

With due respect and humble submission to state that dengue and diarrhea has broken our around the village (Malvan). Some people have already died of this epidemic. This problem is occur because of flood and over rain in continuously last few week. Most of the people of this village are uneducated and lives in below poverty line. They don’t know what should do. Our village has not any health care center.

Therefore, I pray that you will be kind enough to take preventive measures in (Malvan) and oblige.

Subject: Checking spread of dengue in our district

Sir,
I would like to bring notice to you respectfully on our district where people face the disease dengue quite often. Our district is located in a backward area and most of the people in our district are uneducated and below the poverty line. In our district, the sewage and drainage system is quite poor and leakages are frequent. Thus, we all request you to check the spread of dengue in our district and some methods by which we can tackle this problem.

We would be happy if some actions are taken to tackle against this problem. We request you to repair our pipeline system and communicate about preventive measures from dengue and such mosquito borne diseases. Our district would be pleased if more health care centers with a proper condition are installed. We all hope that our district will have a less number of dengue cases in the future.
