SUBJECT: Seeking Permission for Industrial Visit  

I’m writing this letter as a representative of the class eight pupils to seek your permission for a visit to the Textile Industry based in New Industrial Area, Calando on the 1st of July. Our history teacher, Mr. Haraj, will accompany us to give us more insights on how the textile industry has evolved and how it works. The class has a total of 25 students who will be accompanied by a member of staff. The visit is aimed at enhancing our historical knowledge and understanding of how the industry works.
