I am very glad to receive your sweet note. Thanks a lot for this. Hope you are well with your studies. I am also well with my studies. Now I am telling you about the danger/curse of taking junk food. Junk food is attractive only for its pungent taste but it has no food value at all. It is very harmful to health. It often contains a high amount of animal fat and sugar. Junk food turns our body into fatty tissue which damages our health. The junk food containing high amount of sugar causes diabetics, heart-attack, high blood pressure and damages teeth and skin. You must eat homemade foods and avoid junk foods in order to maintain sound health. I do hope that you must follow my advice. No more today. With my best wishes to you.

Hi! How are you? I am fine . I am writing this letter for you habit of eating junk food . Yes , your habit . I know you would be surprised .
Fast-food is not good for our health . Fast-food is high in calories , fat , sugar ,nitrates and salt. Mostly fast-food we should not eat . If mostly fast-food eat than it may put people at risk if becoming obese .
We should not mostly eat pre packaged snack foods , canned food , bakery items, frozen dinner v, canned and packaged meats should be avoided. Home made food is always better option to keep oneself fit and healthy . If we want any thing to eat we can cook . This is the better option for you and all.
