I know that your english is weak but you should try to improve it. I am tellimg you how to learn english so follow these instructions.
Try to read your literature book. From your grammar book learn Tenses and that will help you the most. Be attentive in class. Read lots of english books as you can. So, I think that will give you thw the god results and I don't want to listen your complain again. Take care of yours.

Dear (name of your brother)
Hello,I hope you are doing well in your exams my little brother. From Mom I got to know that your exams are going on and Mommy have also seid to help in your English exam.
So, first thing improve your handwriting for that you can do one page handwriting everyday and second thing is that you need to improve your vocabulary and for that you can go through Google and find out new words and it's meaning and learn it and my final suggestion is that you learn for your exams.
I hope you will do your best in your exams.Best of luck my dear (name of your brother).
Yours lovingly
