Respective principal,

I am a student of your school, studying in 6th Standard. I have lost my library card in the school camps. Even though, i tried to find it, I couldn't. I really want to study some library books, but without the card i'm unable to do so . I request you to issue me a new library card as a special case. I ensure this won't happen again.

Kindly provide me a new library card as soon as possible.
