If an object is thrown up, it finally comes down because of the force of gravity. Gravity is the force with which the earth pulls everything towards itself.

Due to the acceleration of gravity of earth . The moon has a weaker gravitational force than the moon, resulting in objects thrown in the air coming back down at a slower speed.
