TO FIND :  Difference amount will represent what

SOLUTION :

As, according to accounting equation

ASSET = LIABILITY + CAPITAL

So, the difference will represent capital .

According to the question we have the amount of liability as well as asset so by using accounting equation we can easily find out the capital.

Asset = Liability + Capital

50,0000 =  7,800 + Capital

50,000 - 7,800 = Capital

42,200 =  Capital

Capital is rupees is 42,200 .

Diffrenece amount will represent capital and which is 42,200 .
