Speed of light in glass is equal to speed of light in vacuum divided by refractive index of glass.

Refractive index of glass is given by the formula:

 Refractive index of glass=Speed of light in air/Speed of light in glass

Putting the values:

1.50=3 x 108/speed of light in glass

Speedof light in glass= (3 x108)/1.50

 = 2 x 108 m/s
