liquids and solids are much harder to compress than gases.Give reasons?

Hey there here is ur answer....

Solids and liquids are hard to compress because they have very strong intermolecular force which binds the molecules together and hence it is hard to break that force but this force is weak in gases so they are easily compressable.

it is because the amount of particles in solid and liquid is much higher than gaseous
