liquids seek their own level meaning

Irrespective of the type of the vessel the height /level of the liquid is the same. This happens because at the bottom,i.e at the long tube, the pressure should be the same.
Pressure at depth h of liquid is given by P=Density*(acc. due to gravity)*h
Density is the same for all of them and so is the acceleration due to gravity. Hence to keep the pressure same, they attain the same height. So you may force the liquid into whatever shape of vessel you wish, it will always seek to attain it's own level.

❇Liquid seeks it's own level is basically physics term ❇
❔❔what it means❔❔
♣♣ to understand it first perform experiment▪
▪▪take an appratus having flask of different shapes and sizes ♠
♦♦u will observe that as soon as water is poured into one flask the same quantity of it went in all other flask and at same level♦♦

◼it means that liquid have it's own particular level ◼.
❗❗this fact is used to supply water to cities❗❗
