Due to the increasing population in the country the government has imposed the family planning system in which each family should not have more than 2-3 children. Therefore some contraceptive methods are used for birth control.

Explaination:

Contraception-: It refers to the prevention of pregnancy through the use of various methods and devices.

There are three contraceptive methods are :

1. Barrier method -: Through this method some devices are used to prevent the sperm from intering into the uterus. Example like condoms, diaphragm and vaginal cap.

2. Surgical methods -: This methods deals with the operations done for contraception. Tubectomy in females and vasectomy in males are such surgical methods.

3. Chemical method -: These include creams, vaginal pills and jellies used in vagina at the time of coitus (during sexual intercourse) to kill the sperms.
