=> 5a *3a = 2160
=> 15 a^2 = 2160
=> a^2 = 144
=> a = 12

Width = 36 m
Perimeter = 2(60+36)
= 2 * 96
= 192 m
Cost = Perimeter *rate
= 192 * 25
= Rs 4800
