State List contains list of subjects under which the state government has the authority to make laws .

Union List contain subjects under which the central government has the authority to make laws .

Concurrent List contains subjects under which both Central and state government could formulate laws. if there is inconsensus among both comments then the decision of central government will override the decision of state government.
