permanent executive are appointed on a long term basis .they are called permanent executive
this remain in office even when the ruling party changes
these officers work under political executive and assist them in carrying out day to day administration
political executive
the president the prime minister and his council of ministers and the civil servants. from the executive
political executive are elected by the people and thus is empowered to exercise the will on their behalf
political executive has more power than the non political excutive
