I am Mr. Trim, resident of Tan Street. I have already informed your post office about my change of address through email and in person. Despite my repeated visit to your post office to deliver my address in the above address, the postman repeatedly delivers my letters to my neighbor’s house and unfortunately, his door is always locked as all are working people.  

So, most of my bank letters have not reached me to date. So kindly incorporate my new address wherever and however possible and deliver all my backlog letters to me.
