Q.25 Write your observations when the following processes take place :
(1) An aqueous solution of sugar is heated to dryness.
(ii) A saturated solution of potassium chloride prepared at 608°C is allowed to cool at room
temperature.
(iii) A mixture of iron filings and sulphur powder is heated strongly.
(iv) A beam of light is passed through a colloidal solution.
(v) Dilute HCl is added to the mixture of iron and sulphur and heated strongly.​

1) Pure sugar is obtained removing the water....

2) Crystals of pottasium chloride as obtained...

3) Iron sulphide is formed indicating a chemical reaction.

4) Tyndall effect is observed:- Scattering of light by collodial particles
