Multiplicative inverse of

 \frac{1}{4} \: is \: 4 \: \\ and \: \\ multiplicative \: inverse \: of \: \\ \frac{2}{3}\: is \: \frac{3}{2 } \\

When added,

4 +\frac{3}{2} = \frac{8 + 3}{2} \\ \\ = \frac{11}{2}\\ \\ = 10.5

Hope this helps
