a lysosome is basically specialized vesicles that holds a variety of hydrolysis enzymes. The enzyme proteins r first created in the Rough Er. Those proteins r packaged in q vesicle and sent to golgi apparatus. Those Golgi then does its final work to create the digestive enzymes and pinches it off in the form of small specific vesicle. That vesicle is known as LYSOSOMES.
