f= MLT^-2

v^2 = L^2 T^-2,

f/v^2 = ML^-1

or

f= mv dv/ds = vdv m/s

so m/s dimension

ML^-1

Answer:

The dimensions of k will be:

ML^-1

Explanation:

dimensions of force: MLT^-2

dimensions of v: LT^-1

therefore dimensions of v^2 will be: L^2T^-2

Since, F=kv^2

therefore, MLT^-2 = k L^2T^-2

k= ML^-1

HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU.......
