Due to lot of violence occurred when Gandhi ji was barred to enter Delhi, Gandhi ji decided to withdraw Civil Disobedience Movement and signed Gandhi Irwin pact but due to failure of second round table conference Gandhi ji came Indian disappointed and saw that what was promised by English Govt. was not fulfilled and the Congress was declared illegal. Due to all this he decided to relaunch CDM again in 1932.
