Subject:- Refused to repay for selling the fault equipment.

I Kunal, the head of the purchase department of Mother International School, Anand Gujarat, I feel really regrate to bring the information to your kind attention that some of the local managers of some shops are very cruel and selling some fault products. On May 2nd our school staff brought some Science Lab Equipments like Bunsen Burner, Clay Triangle, Glass Beakers etc.. When we opened the seal and tested the equipment on the following day all the equipment was damaged and fault such as glass beakers had broken and some are plastic too. When we go and ask the manager of the shop from where we brought the equipment had strictly said that he will not repay or return the new quality equipment, he also beat one of our staff member. When we complaint the matter to the District Consumer Forum not any required action taken. So, we request you to look after the matter and do justice for us.
