I went quickly to my spiritual Teacher for advice because I had a serious problem. From my childhood I take all advices from teacher. She has been so close to me from the right beginning. She supports me in all my problems. I'm a business man so I meet everyday a new person but no one has been so close as Teacher is. I went near her for help this time too, she helped me with her suggestions. I wasn't able to control my temper. So she suggested me to do meditation and perform Yoga. I tried it and really it worked. I'm really grateful to have such a spiritual Teacher.
