Basically, males in whom testes fail to descend to the scrotum are generally 'infertile' . Formation and development of sperms takes place in the testis .The high temperature is damaging to the sperms. The temperature in the human scrotum is usually lower (1.5 to 2.5 degree celsius ) than the normal body temperature (which is 37 degree celsius ) .In order to escape from the higher temperature of body , the testis descends into the scrotum .But the males in whom testis do not descend remain infertile as the sperms can not survive at the higher temperature

The tests are "very sensitive to temperature" even if they cannot bear low temperature, if the size is not decreased they do not go down into scrotum prior to adolescence, they cannot release sperm production, it causes infertility in males.
"A pair of ovoid glandular" which lies in the centre position of the male reproductive system called testes often referred to as testicles. These are main organs in male which are responsible for the sperm cell production and the sex hormone in a male is called testosterone.
