manoj sold the video to rahul at 10% gain

so,manoj get 12000+10% of 12000

= 12000+10/100 x 12000

= 12000+1200=13200

manoj sells it at a loss of 5%

therefore,Rakesh has to pay 13200 - 5% of 13200

13200 - 5/100 x 13200 = 13200 - 1/20 x 13200

13200 - 660

Answer= Rs.12540
