Quentin Tarantino is better, according to me.

'cos his movies has better narrations and a well thoughtfully chosen cast.

Martin Scorsese's movies are also good but somehow, I don't know why, they lack narrations. Obviously, there's no comparison between the plots of the two but overall Quentin wins my heart!
