Have sound sleep

Play outdoor games regularly

Eat your meals regularly

If you have any doubt, get it cleared immediately

Never study with a friend. You may study in a group, but never with a friend as they my distract you.

Be clear in basic concepts.

Cut down on social media, Quora etc

Study regularly throughout the year.

Attempt lots of sample papers and previous year question papers.

Use Pomodoro technique.
