simplify given :-

 \large \sf \frac{ {x}^{2} - 3xy + 2xz - 6yz }{xy - 2xz - 3 {y}^{2} + 6yz }

Solving the question :-

 \implies  \sf \frac{ {x}^{2} - 3xy + 2xz - 6yz }{xy - 2xz - 3 {y}^{2} + 6yz }  \\ \\  \implies  \sf  \frac{ {x}^{2} + 2xz - 3xy  - 6yz}{xy - 2xz - 3 {y}^{2} + 6 {y}^{2}  }   \\  \\  \implies \sf \frac{x(x + 2z) - 3y(x + 2z)}{x(y - 2z) - 3y(y - 2z)}  \\  \\  \implies \sf  \frac{ (x + 2z) \cancel{(x - 3y)}}{(y - 2z) \cancel{(x - 3y)}} \\  \\  \implies \sf \frac{x + 2z}{y - 2z} \:   \: \red ( \green{ans} \red)

Hope this helps :)
