Since PQ exists,
=>x-2=10-y.
=>x+y=12 ............(1)
Since QP exists,
=>16-3y=2x-1.
=>2x+3y=17 ...............(2)
Solving (1) and (2), we get,
x=19 and y=-7.
Hence order of matrix P=37×17
and that of Q=17×37.
