Answer:
Arjuna's birth is the most celebrated one. Seven days after he was born, a celestial voice spoke of his supreme greatness. Such a thing never happened with the births of Yudhishthira, Bhima, Nakula and Sahadeva.
Some points would easily put Arjuna above the rest four Pandava brothers and other warriors of the epic.
Arjuna became the only atiratha in Dronacharya's gurukul.
Such was his prowess that he easily pierced the bird's eye which the other pupils could not.
He saved Dronacharya from the crocodile while the other pupils looked bewildered.
He easily strung the gigantic bow in Draupadi's swayambar when all other warriors in the arena had failed to do so.
Arjuna abducted Subhadra from the swayambara arena. Balarama, Satyaki and other Yadava warriors sought to chase Arjuna to stop him from proceeding furthur. However they were restrained by Lord Krishna himself, who convinced them of Arjuna's prowess.
Arjuna defeated the gods, the likes of Adityas, Rudras, Saddhyas, Vasus, Maruts and Ashwinis with Indra at their head. Such a feat couldn't be repeated by any of Arjuna's brothers.
In the battle with the gandharvas, the five Pandava brothers fought to rescue the Kurus. Although they all fought well against the gandharvas, they couldn't match up with Chitrasena's calibre, who was fighting with complex illusions from the sky. It was Arjuna alone who stepped up and repulsed Chitrasena. He fired the sabdhavedha astra to ensure victory for him and his brothers.
Even Lord Shiva accepted that Arjuna's strength was almost equal to him. This instance itself testifies that Arjuna was superior to his brothers in strength.
Lord Shiva himself revered Arjuna as Nara, who along with Lord Krishna (Narayana) is responsible for holding up the creation. The strength of the two is responsible for bearing up the weight of the entire cosmos.
Lord Shiva had to exclude Arjuna from his boon to Jayadratha. Realising Arjuna's supreme prowess, he gave the boon to Jayadratha that barring Arjuna, he would be able to restrain Yudhishthira, Bhima, Nakula and Sahadeva for one day.
Arjuna obtained divine weapons from gods, the likes of Lord Shiva, Kubera, Varuna, Yama and Indra. Such weapons were missing from the arsenal of the other Pandava brothers.
Arjuna killed the invincible Nivatakavacha and Kalakhanja demons in the celestial realm. Bhima too killed many demons but the demons who were killed by Arjuna were much more in number and most importantly, much more powerful than the mortal demons.
Arjuna single-handedly defeated all the Kuru warriors, the likes of Bhishma, Drona, Ashwatthama and Karna in Virat war. Barring Arjuna, no other Pandava brother ever achieved the feat of defeating all the Kuru warriors single-handedly in the battlefield.
Ashwatthama and Karna were the best warriors from the Kourava side. They both defeated the Pandava brothers Yudhishthira, Bhima, Nakula and Sahadeva many times. However, they couldn't defeat Arjuna even for a single time. They always failed when it came to beating a warrior of supreme skill like Arjuna.
Arjuna has some incredible accomplishments to his name which would easily put him above the rest four Pandava brothers.
