Total Sum of all Observations = 15 × 200
                                                = 3000

On Excluding an Observations,
               The Mean of Remaining 14 Observations is 198.
            Thus, Total Sum of all 14 Observations = 198 × 14
                                                                           = 2772

Excluded Observations = Total of 15 observations - Rest of 14 Observations.
                                      = 3000 - 2772
                                      = 228.

Thus, the Value of the Excluded Observations is 228.
