I assume that you are referring men (plural). It literally means that human beings have not become slaves of their inventions. Truly said. Its usually depends on us how we deal with technology. We cannot directly blame technology for its adverse effects. Let us take the example of Internet here. Internet has so many things within itself, both good and bad. We can learn so much from internet sitting at home than going to classroom. But it depends on us how we use internet. If you get addicted to Facebook or Instagram then its wrong to blame those apps. It was our fault that we got much more interested in those apps such that we did not even hear while someone needed our help in real life.
