I am giving short and accurate information.

Well, 'photosynthesizing cells' are plant cell and are very different than cells from animals. I will answer your question quickly by stating that plant cells (sometimes) contain vacuoles, plant cells contain chloroplasts which contain chlorophyll and plant cells have an cell membrane consisting of the carbohydrate cellulose.

Photosynthesis is the process by which green plants make their own food using simple materials such as water ,sunlight and carbon(IV) oxide. Photosynthetic cells are cells that are suited to exipit the process of photosynthesis. Photosynthetic cells have granules to trap sunlight as compared to human cell. Plant cells have larger sap vacuole has compared to the the animal cell.
