Three ‘Directive Principles’ of state policy which have been implemented in the states are:

1. Minimum wages act

2. Maternity benefit Act

3. Child Labor Prohibition and ‘Regulation Act’.

Explanation:

Under the Indian Constitution, the directive principles cannot be enforced by any court, but these principles are important for governing of the country. It is the ‘duty of the State’ to use these principles while they make their laws in the states.  

It is the ‘duty of the state’ to protect its people and promote their welfare. They should minimize the different inequalities in the income and the status of the people of the state.
