The power and function of the parliament are
1.Legislative power, the parliament can make,unmake or repeal law on any subject.
2.Executive powers, in this parliament make executive responsible for various methods.
3.Financial power, it approved the budget and gives sanction to the gov. to make expenditure.
4.Judicial power, it can remove president, vice-president, judge of Supreme Court, high court through impeachment.
5Electoral power, the elected members of parliament take part in election of President ,the elected members of both the house elect the vice president of India.
