Hey mate..
=========
The small intestine is the complete digestion of carbohydrates, Fats and proteins.
The food coming from the stomach is acidic and has to be made alkaline for the pancreatic enzymes to act. Bile juice from the liver accomplishes this in addition on acting on fats . Fats are present in the smaller intestine in the form of large globules whuch makes it difficult for the enzymes to act on them. Bile salts present in the Bile juice break down this large fat globules into smaller globules. The pancreas then secretes pancreatic juice which contains enzymes like trypsin for digesting protein and lipase for breaking down of emulsified fats . These are then acted upon by the walls of small intestine. These secrete intestinal juice which breaks down protein into amino acids , complete carbohydrate into glucose and fats into fatty acid and glycerol .
This is the process by which Carbohydrates, proteins and fats are digested in human body.
100% self-made.

Answer:
These enzymes include proteases to break down proteins, lipases that digest fats and more amylase to finish splitting carbohydrates. Fats are broken down into fatty acids and glycerol, proteins into peptides and amino acids, and carbohydrates become simple sugars such as glucose and fructose
