MgSO4 is water soluble whereas BaSO4 is water insoluble..why??

. Barium sulphate is an odorless organic compound that is insoluble in most acids and bases and only soluble in hot, concentrated sulfuric acid. Barium sulphate is not considered toxic.

because when BaSO4 is dissolved in water it forms ppt
