Microbes will never grow on food kept inside refrigerator. Do you agree? Why?

microbes will never grow in the food kept in a refrigerator because cold temperature is unfavourable for the microbes to act. so their action will be slow or unreactive.

No I don't agree. Some microbes which are capable of living in cold climatic conditions can still grow on the food inside refrigerator. We generally put food inside refrigerator but have you noticed refrigerated food also get foul smell because of microbial action on them if they are kept inside for long time.
