Migrating birds come to sanctuaries in India annually for food, nesting and breeding. During a winter season, one day a few cranes came and sat, one in each flowered lotus available in a pond. One lotus was free. The second day a few more cranes joined with them. When they sat as couples in each lotus, two birds were left abandoned. The third day no new cranes arrived but when a group of 3 cranes sat in each lotus, three flowers were free. How many cranes came to the sanctuary on the first and the successive days? How many lotuses were in the pond.

PLEASE GIVE THE CORRECTLY.
