To protect her documents she will have to follow the steps given below:
1)Open the document.
2)Select office button save as command on the menu bar.
3) The save as command dialogue box will appear. Select the tools menu which is below the right-hand side of the window
4)A sub menu will appear,click on the general option.
5)The save dialogue box will appear.
6)Type the password in the 'password to open' space.
7)Click OK.
8) The conform password dialogue box will appear.
9) Reenter the password you typed earlier.
10) Click OK in the save as dialogue box, save dialogue box and the confirm password dialogue box
Save the document.The document is now protected
