Mohan Lal lives in a village. He is a farmer. One day he decided to meet his son who live in a town which is 200 km from his village. Mohan Lal was waiting for a bus at a bus stand with his heavy luggage bag in his hands. He was tiring and used to shift his luggage bag from one hand to another and so on. Kapil a student of class IX was seeing this. He felt uneasy and requested Mohan Lal to put his luggage on the floor of bus stand near him so that he may be free. Initially Mohan Lal looked suspiciously towards Kapil but on persuation he agreed and put his luggage on the floor. Now he was relieved and peaceful.

a. Kapil is a very good human being who has a helping nature. He is concerned about others. With his knowledge, he helped Mohan Lal.
b. No, Mohan Lal was not doing any work.A work is said to be done only when there is an applied force and a movement occurs. But here, he was simply wasting his energy,applying force. There wasn't any movement. So we can say that, it is not a work.
