molecule not only made up of atoms . all things in our surounding is made up of atoms.and atoms are consist of electron ,proton and nucleus .atom is so small so we cannot say that atom is made of something.

Yes,molecules are made up of atoms and not only molecules, nearly everything we can see or touch is made up of Atoms.
Atoms are the very tiny particles (they are that much smaller that we can only see them using very very powerful microscopes) which make molecules, matters mixtures etc.

Atoms are made up of three fundamental particles that are Proton (p+), Electron(e-) and neutron. Proton are positively charged, electrons are negatively charged and neutrons are neutron.
