morning walk is very important has it controls our body weight and it is the one of the best exercise .but swimming is the best exercise and then comes the walking. daily 30 minutes walking will increase your active ness and when you get up early in the morning to read then you first go to morning walk for just ten minutes and don't go to morning walk for thirty minutes then your mom's comes running behind you .after ten minutes of morning walk you will be very active and u can concentrate more .
more old people go for morning walk which will decrease their years and they will not get joint pain or back pain .
