No, we cannot say that oxygen is an exhaustible resource because of the following reasons ==>
- animals take oxygen and give out carbon di oxide whereas the plants neutralize it by taking in carbon dioxide and giving out oxygen during respiration.
- oxygen can also be taken out through electralysis of water
