the individual should start doing meditation, as it will help him to concentrate on his discipline. if a individual have a pet so he/ she should spend some time with them. as it brings the positive mindset. and helps to feel positive all day. the individual should go for a morning walk. as it helps in feeling fresh. so in this the individual will not be disposed for his/ her behaviour.

from my point of view the individual should ignore the people who are unusually force the individual to change their behavior.
