Mrs.packletide did not even know how to hold a rifle. she was doing all this only to out do Loona's popularity. she was not passionate about hunting either. she could not even aim at the weak tiger which had no desire to run. it was just an blind short that she hit the goat instead of the tiger. she was not a good shot at all
