multiplicative inverse : if any number X is given we have to find out multiplicative inverse then, just find 1/X . 1/X is not other than multiplicative inverse of X.
in simple way you can say that if the product of two different numbers equals 1 then, one is multiplicative inverse of other.

we have to find out multiplicative inverse of \frac{2}{3^{-3}}

Let \mathbf{X}=\frac{2}{3^{-3}}

then, multiplicative inverse of X is 1/X,

so, 1/X = \frac{1}{\frac{2}{3^{-3}}}

= \frac{3^{-3}}{2}

= \frac{1}{54}
