English is my favorite subject. I love English literature. I can read so many stories. English class is like a story telling class. My English teacher is very kind and gentle. She always explains everything nicely. She encourages us to compose essays and write poems.

            I always get the first prize in English. My teacher always appreciates my essays and my work. I am very fond of listening to stories. So the English period is very enjoyable for me. English grammar is also interesting. I like to do the workbook exercises. The activity which pleases me most is the one in which we have to write a story based on the given pictures.

            English makes us familiar with other cultures. It helps us to widen our knowledge. It helps us to develop our vocabulary which is very useful for good conversation. If you have a good command over the language you can impress people and gain friends. These are some of the reasons why I like the subject.

MY favorite subject is English. it has a wide scope of learning. It carries different type of things, like stories, poem, essay, letters. There is so much to learn in this subject and I think there is no end to learning English. It is connected to many different languages so along with this I get to earn different languages too.
